The Natures way Desi Cow Ghee is hand Made by Traditional bilona method of churning curd made from Desi cow's milk.it is made as per the process mentioned in the ayurvedic book Charak Sanhita.in this method whole milk is used to make curd, which is then churned both clockwise and anti-clockwise to produce butter.This is then boiled to make ghee.The color of the ghee is depended on season and other factors like lactation period and feed of the cow.
According to ancient Ayurveda, Cow ghee is full of essential nutrients, fatty acids, antioxidants, antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties. It is cool, sweet and full of saturated fat.
